Room Tour

Guess who's back, back again.

Yep that's right, after a little break from blogging, I'm back, and I'm going to really try and upload frequently during 2017!

Way back in July I redecorated my bedroom and I though that it was about time to show you guys what it looks like now. If you want to see what it used to look like the click here.

5 Ways to Reuse Nutella Jars

If you love Nutella as much as I do then you know that one of the worst feelings in the world is running out of the hazelnut spread. Worse than that is having to put the beautiful jar out for recycling. Well I am about to resolve all of your Nutella related issues, by showing you other uses for your empty jars.

Why I'm not going to University

As September rolls around again, so do the back to school posts. This year, even though it only seems like weeks ago that I started secondary school, let alone college, my friends are going to University. And when I say my friends, not only my two best friends, but near enough every 18 year old from my town.

Pudding in Portland

As many of you will have seen from my previous post, we spent my birthday (last Monday) in Weymouth.

It's a Carousel, My Friend

The Great British seaside is often an extremely underrated attraction. With the ability to go abroad at the touch of a button and for such low cost, the seasides across the UK are being neglected by families who once spent all summer by their shores.

Pre-redecoration Room Tour

As some of you may be aware, just after Christmas I said I was going to do a room tour. Now, many regular readers of my blog will be aware that I did not do this. I'm going to be honest and say, I'm just a really messy person. My room is basically never tidy, and when it is, it'll be like that for two minutes, or until I have to decide what to wear. I also kinda just forgot? Soz.
Anyway, here you go, the post you've been waiting for for 6 months... My bedroom...

What I'm Looking Forward to this Summer

Can we please take a moment to appreciate that I have survived a whole two years at college and didn't drop out, which I contemplated doing every single day. Well, now you've appreciated that, lets get on with the post. I feel that last year I kind of wasted my summer. Sure we went on a holiday, I went to the beach on a number of occasions and we had a day out to the zoo, but on the whole I spend 2 months doing very little apart from sleeping late and sunbathing. So this year I decided to try and do more things that I enjoy doing, and that I want to do.

One Year Of Blogging

Today marks exactly one year since I started blogging. If I'm honest I have no idea how I've managed to stick to it, especially whilst I've had so many assignments to do. It probably has something to do with the fact I'm a world class procrastinator and at this exact moment I'm meant to be doing assignments.

Summer Dress Styling Tips

I was recently discussing with my friends how many dresses we own. We were all trying to visualise how many we had in our wardrobe, and most of their answers were around 5/6, I thought that I may have owned 10. Anyway it turned out that I actually own 23 dresses, until last week that is when another beautiful dress turned up on my doorstop and made it 24.

Mamma Mia! Review

Mamma Mia is set on the fictitious island of Kalokairi in Greece. Sophie, a 21 year old girl (who is set to marry Sky), has never meet her dad, and it turns out that her mother (Donna) doesn't know who Sophie's father is either. Sophie takes matters into her own hands and invites all three of her potential fathers to her wedding in a letter which she signed as Donna.

Confusing, right?!

Well it turns out she still didn't know the dad, they cancelled the wedding and in true wedding style Donna's friends got with her ex's.

500 Days of Blogging

I spent hours of time when I was meant to be doing homework compiling an extremely long list of blog posts ideas. I probably could have written 500 blog posts in the time it took me to write this list, but hey ho! Anyway I hope you find some inspiration from this post, and I hope you never have to think of a blog post idea for yourself ever again (well at least for the next 500 days).

Dressing Fit for Friday

I was recently inspired by the people over at T.M. Lewin to create a office to happy hour look. I think it's safe to say that finding an outfit that is suitable for work and play takes a whole lot of time and effort. I have created two day-to-night looks, one female and one male, to inspire your wardrobe.

Floral Letter DIY

Spring is the perfect time to freshen up your room. With the new SS16 colour palettes coming into play, there is no better time to redecorate. I know that many of my readers live in University residence/rented flats or at home, which means that there can be restrictions on what you can do to decorate your rooms. My self and Beautifully Maddie, have thought of two ways that anyone can make their room more floral and fresh in time for the new season.

Kilve & Blue Anchor Photo Blog

A few weeks ago I posted my Paignton Zoo Photo Blog, which turned out to be my most popular blog post (thank you so much) so today I thought I would post another set of photographs that I took in the summer! These were taken on a rainy day which adds a lot to the moodiness of the pictures, which I like.

Paignton Zoo Photo Blog

Way back in August, I visited Paignton Zoo and I took many pictures. I spent most of the summer out with my dad's camera taking as many photos as I possibly could, to improve my skills (if you like). I really enjoyed taking pictures of animals, as you can never predict what they are going to do next, although this does make it quite a lot harder.
